I love how personal and varied altars can be! My working/witchcraft altar is an old spice cabinet from Goodwill and features such things as: a “big sister” rock from my little sister, a fancy spoon, a rubber duck dressed like a witch, and a cool rock one of my witch friends gave me that has no magical properties as far as I’m aware, it’s just a cool rock. And yeah, my more “formal” stuff is there too, but I like that I can add random things that give my practice power just bc I care about them.

I cleaned off my altar yesterday. Mine is for both worship and working. It's just a bookshelf I got from Walmart (budget witchy) the shelves hold my stuff and the top has the stuff for Hecate. Statue, crystals, my wand, crystal grid. Scrying mirror.

I really like my altar, because it’s a travel alter. I went on Amazon and I spent 100 bucks on this tall make up case that has all these different compartments and is about 3-4 feet tall. I don’t practice with deities, so it’s nice that I could take my altar anywhere and it already has my herbs and crystals. I think it’s right around my body weight. 😂
