I am adding several textured layers and elements to transform a simple wooden box. Thank You for watching. : ) Please visit my Etsy Store: www.etsy.com/shop/InasArtRoom
Really cool. Love the bee. I have a box I started on many years ago and couldn't figu6out what I wanted to do next, so there it sat for many years. Maybe I'll get my butt in gear and do more with it. Thanks for the inspiration.
Love it all. The bee looks so good on top of everything. I really like the first layer of texture paste and stencil. Just the right amount of goodies and color. 👏🏻😁
Great project, as usual! So many textures and dimensions. Also, I hadn't heard Orphae aux enters in quite some time, lovely piece of music to go with the video! Sorry I haven't been participating in challenges lately, I've been quite busy, but I hope to rejoin soon!
I have a box from high school in the attic similar to this one. It’s makeover is forth coming thanks to your excellent tutorial. Also loved the music. I danced the CanCan back in my youth. Such fun, such memories! Delightful video!
@@InaSolsberyartroom It arrived safely. As beautiful as it looks in the end of the video, it looks even better in real life. The subtle colors, the details... So beautiful!! It will find a special place in my home. Thank you again Ina.
Thanks Andrea. I sold this one, right after i posted. It went to another Utube friend, who goes by "Artbee", so the bee was the trigger. She said that the colors are even better when you have it in your hands. Glad you like it too. : )
Always such a pleasure watching your process, seeing the outcome. Thank you 🙏 I would love to know the brand of the sealant you used. I am guessing from your comments at the end it can be used for paper and other mediums. Thanks for your help.
Thank you Kayo for enjoying this project. I was using a brand I found by chance at a local 2nd hand art supply store. (Chroma's Jo Sonja Satin Varnish, water based) It works great ,but other more easily found brands are just as good. Any Polyurethane water based varnish are good for craft projects. and yes it works on pretty much anything,: )
