As a Pole, I was on the edge of my seat through the entire series. Throughout both seasons, everything was working out so well for Poland, Lithuania and Hungary. I was waiting for the moment where just like the Ottomans, Caliphate and Italia, they would fall as well. But alas, through the trial of war and blood, the trinity has prevailed. The Commonwealth of brothers has united to live and prosper for another day, stronger than ever before. I came for Byzanthine's survival against the Ottomans, I stayed for the great and compelling story. I am looking forward to watching more from you.

This episode was definitely some of the best mapping I've seen in a while. Episode was full of twists and the Polish-Lithuanian-Hungarian Commonwealth was nice to see. Great work, Brazilian!

For the love of god, you are the best mapper to ever exist. This is incredible, Brazilian, you and your comrades have broken the limits of yourselves and more. The epicness of It all outshines every single other mapping video COMBINED. From the great, to the good, to the medíocre and to the bad, this outshines It all. I stayed wake late for this (its about 25 mins from midnight) and i was not dissapointed. You have gone above, and now, broken the beyond. Good luck.

It was like almost two years since I watched an AHOE video. I enjoyed so much watching your work, as the works of people like Imperial Mapping and other. But now seems like ages have passed, to me those days when I watched all those video feels like it was three lives ago. But then again I remembered almost everything, all the plot, all the stories, all the feelings, and it seemed to me to be brought back to those days. It was good to enjoy your great work here, it was good to be back in line. Thank you for this masterpiece.

YES, this is perfection. The storyline is absolutely great, it's surprising, it's realistic and it's incredibly interesting. It makes you feel anger, sadness and happiness. Of course, every good story needs a good delivery, which we definitely got here. The speeches are beyond good, it's clear Brazilian thought about the texts a lot. The wars themselves are described perfectly- knowing the major battles and their results adds so much to the story. Also here- the intense research is clear. The episodes are extremely long, reaching lengths other "movies" don't reach. However, every second is interesting and makes you more and more interested in the story. There is no better series than this one.

39:52 Was this a reference to Imperial's AHOE, where South Spain invaded North Spain? It's the first thing that came to mind. And was None Shall Live a musical reference to Sons of the Lion? Anyway, this was an amazing episode! I honestly don't watch a lot of mapping anymore, but I always come back to your videos. First one down, time to check out Agadir and Static. EDIT: And Austria's defeat was a reference to Austria going insane in Imperial's AHOE?

When I watched this for the first time, I was in awe. After a rewatch a year later, heres the things I liked and didn’t. Good: PLHC formation Austria’s Azula-like mental state Mamluk resurrection Anatolia being opportunistic Making my view on Italia different Bad: PLHC losing so much eastern territory (Smolensk and Eastern Ukraine) PLHC losing Livonia and Courland Spain messing up France (therefore losing the British Isles) The war ending after only fifteen years

looking back more than a year after the premiere the word "wow" doesn't cut it. there are no words for it. interesting how, by the end, so many of the nations that became well known in the 17th century are killed off in this series: Ottomans, Venice, Genoa, Moscow, and of course Prussia and Austria. and some nations kept alive were Byzantium, Rum, and Chagatai. it's just so nice to go back and watch again, I still get shocks from Heaven and Ruination.

When a nation dies at the end (I'm not saying its name in order to avoid spoilers), it says its last words in a deathbed monologue which is very similar to the monologue from the same country, with the same music used, by Imperial. Now Imperial Mapping changed name to Alternate Zeitgeist, if you are interested I will check and tell you the scene of reference
