I truly love Russia’s development, seeing his more intimate side with his allies, behind his tough and baggy persona, actually caring for those he considers friends and family, saying he’d protect them at all costs really makes him a much more interesting character than just an ultranationalist angry maniac that wants to kill Germans and that’s it, seeing him have more noble goals and motives really makes this timeline’s world seem like a slightly better place than initially, with Russia treating his fellow Slavs and Eastern Europeans as friends and equals and not just raw puppets. Hey I have an idea: some of the Warsaw pact members (probably Russia, Belarus Ukraine if they have a regime change and Poland) Unite into a pan Slavic state. This was suggested in real life but was put down as Stalin wanted the other Warsaw pact members to be buffers. As this is not the case in this universe, I would think that this would be very plausible.
Also, considering getting rid of the mapping trope that I call the "yes-man trope" where a country will always accept or say yes to any offer. In reality many, even most offers are declined or changed. So when a country invites another to do [thing], then atleast a few times make that country refuse or only agree to it on changed conditions

Greece signed a secret treaty with Turkey, agreeing to end hostilities and allowing both greeks and turks to live there. How long the young republic will last is a mystery.
