In my dreams

I gave some thought to the name, Felt "Greater Afghanistan" was a bit dull. But Khorasan makes sense geographically and culturally. And yep, who knew everything the soviets touched it got screwed over? Certainly not me!

@@ArcadiusHistory The name Khorasan is definitely more original! Well, I can experience how the Soviets destroyed what they touched because I am Polish and I live in Poland, and here the negative effects of the Communist Party's actions are still visible (luckily we're getting out of this Soviet swamp). I also have an idea for an Alternative History of Vietnam (more details are available on the Discord server in the "suggestions" tab.

I would Find that unlikely. Majority of Pakistan's population is on the right side of the Indus river, which would be the defined border between the two states. India at the time would be unlikely to absorb a majority Islamic state into a majority hindo nation, Especially following the Partition that saw to major population transfers as Hindu's and Muslim's found themselves in the opposite religious State and the many violent acts that followed the partition of India. While Pakistan would be considerably weaker, It's not out of the realm of possibility that Afghanistan being a majority Muslim State and India which is majority Hindu would want a buffer state as i Would imagine the War for Bangladeshi liberation was done to help the people of Bangladesh but to also considerably weaken Pakistan. Following such an event, it is likely that Afghanistan and India would eye each other as new rivals in the Subcontinent, as Afghanistan steps into the Western Periphery of Indian Subcontinent and especially when they gained ports to the sea leading to the construction of a Afghani Fleet that might not be a strong as the Indian Fleet, would still exist as a factor of deterrence between India and Afghanistan. @@ArcadiusHistory the Sindi and Kashmiri who would fell surrounded by India and Khorasan especially Kashmir would break away from Punjab. Pakistan would not have made its nationalism yet thus the cause of the Bangladesh war. Punjab, Sind, and Kashmir being weak states would join India.

Even though I do like Khorasan and it is fiction that’s just my reasonable thought
