I don’t think you ever need to justify or explain having sponsors. Those that complain can get over it

I know im not alone on this but I truly appreciate everything that Variant does. Every time I see an upload I get super excited

Dude get as many sponsors as you want, get your paper. Me and most fans don’t care and understand that’s how you can continue to makes these awesome videos.

Variant, wether you see this or not, it may help someone in the comments. I may not be a RU-vidr, nor have I attempted to be one, but I do know that with a high quality show such as this, money has to come from somewhere. I personally don’t care about the ads, and understand that they help one of my favorite channels stay in business. To be honest, with the exception of changing the set up of the show (Talking about comics) I am alright with you guys doing anything you wish, for this channel is clean and professional, untouched by the bias of modern politics, which is rare on RU-vid now of days. Do what you guys feel is right, keep talking about comics (and the occasional non comic nerdy thing) and I will be happy, and wish for you to stay a thriving channel for years to come.

With all the monthly or yearly subscription plans already out there, I'd rather deal with a few ads than pay more money for something to gain exclusive access. So in my opinion, just keep doing what you're doing.

If you're going to complain about the 15 sec sponsor they throw in, either personally paypal them $1 everytime you watch one of their videos or stay quiet. Incredibly how people feel so entitled to content they get for free

I can't believe people are getting mad by variant having sponsors, people don't understand that RU-vid revenue alone is not a good or steady source of income. Sponsors and ad revenue are literally essential for RU-vidrs to keep making videos🤷‍♂️

As far as I'm concerned, put an ad in every video, we're fortunate enough to watch this for free and the number of people that use adblock diminish your revenue. If it bothers people that much they can just skip past it. Keep up the great content!!!

As a lover of comics and the lore that comes with I appreciate what you guys do because I cannot buy every comic book with my fav characters, but Variant helps keep me up to date. Keep up the great work and do what you do. MUCH LOVE!

This is the best channel that provides comic book info for the people and if u can't deal with 10 to 15 seconds of ad then get a life people they got to make money too you know.. You people do realize how much effort goes to making a single video..

There was plenty of action and there is a great mix of humor...not to spoil it for you, there are a few versions of Venom. Can't wait to hear your review of it!

Agent Venom had a cool storyline that they could have wrapped up in a movie and kept it independent from Spider-Man. If they started with Agent Venom they could have just introduced Carnage as an established character and brought the back story later.

It would be awesome if you guys did an ad on Marvel Unlimited, maybe talk about the pros and cons, etc

I've read Marvel Knights Spiderman with Mac Gargans 1st appearance of venom and Norman didn't find the symboite for him. Norman was pissed that he was in the symboite and not the new scorpion suit he had made for him. At the end of the Arc you see the scorpion suit he was talking about being auctioned off. Someone recently told me the same thing about Osborn setting up the meeting of venom and I had to reread the story. I found no evidence that Osborn set it up in the marvel knights run. If you know of what issue that might answer this question please respond. Because I was really let down by the introduction of this new venom and that's how our conversation of this started.

This is a channel that I'd gladly watch or listen to sponsored sections, due to the amount of knowledge you share! It's very hard to keep up with the characters that I like/know, grateful for this channel, it keeps me up with characters I'd otherwise know nothing about. Keep those lights on my man!

screw people who hate on advertisements. in a sense, youtube is free and everyone has to get paid. it’s hard for youtubers to actually make real money, do what you need to do to keep making vids for us to enjoy

I guess not many people managed to go through the entirety of spider-gwen but she stays venom from their bonding moment to the end of the series and by that point she has lost majority of her 'natural' spider powers. They could always retcon it of course, but in the last issues they had 'a future gwen' drop in while still having venom. I found it kinna cool personally. Just my two cents on the topic I suppose.

Lee Price's Venom design is easily my favorite. It's the best use of white on the costume. Not my favorite symbiote, or even alteration of Venom, but the best version of Venom Venom, if you know what I mean. For more explanation: Black Panther is cooler in the suit than Eddie or Lee, but he's still Black Panther, just with the Venom suit. While Lee Price may not be Eddie, he's still Venom. I'm sorry, my brain is weird.

Happy Villains month! Know one is more fitting for October is a Halloween themed villain! Who else fits the role better than a History of episode of The Green Goblin!!! Lots of fans of Variant have been asking for a Dr Doom episode. That would be awesome this Villains month!!!

No, in the Back in black comics, it says Deadpool wore the symbiote even before Peter Parker, which started its path to being a psychotic symbiote, it was pure until Deadpool put it on before Spider-Man

Eddie Brock will always be my Favorite Venom and Symbiote as cool as all the other heros and villains were (Spider-Man, Deadpool, Scorpion, Agent V., Carnage, Roit, Scream, Agony, Phage, Lasher, Toxin, Hybrid) he'll always be the best and I love how in end after everything Venom symbiote and Eddie have been though they come back to each other and are Venom

Venom was absolutely amazing. I'll play ball with my favorite "Venom" though and that would be Lee Price aka Maniac and also my favorite of the Symbiotes as well. If no one has followed the story arc of Lee Price, I highly recommend doing so, it's fun and interesting and he is easily the smartest host since Otto- going by all symbiotic hosts that is.
