The aliens reigned the world forever and captured the last aboveground bastion of humans and tried to take over Te Fiti Island, but fortunately Te Fiti recognized the alien lifeform structure doesn't match the cells of Earth animals, so Te Fiti created bacteria that the aliens are severely allergic to and the aliens all died. The underground human survivors emerge back to the surface to take some sunshine, but they are astonished that the aliens destroyed all of the buildings, and the humans have forgotten how to make new buildings. They will have to start the Neolithic Age all over again, then the Imperial Age, the Middle Ages, and hopefully restart the Industrial Revolution to catch up to the 21st century technology. This process would at least take 1000 years. However, the United States came prepared, and stored Industrial Revolution items underground in a secret room beneath the US Capitol Building, so the Americans would just progress to the Industrial Revolution right away and will hit 21st century technologies within 100, if not 200 years. Based on this video, the United States has not told the Europeans about their new Industrial Revolution. If you make a Part 2, it would show 200 more years that the United States shared the Industrial Revolution, and the world will become industrialized and eventually progress to 21st century technology in 2300.
