We hope to have a provider in California in the near future. In the meantime, many of our patients travel from out-of-state for treatment, usually to our Utah office. The price you're getting isn't totally unreasonable except for the fact that they're probably quoting you for the All-on-4 which is an inferior treatment because they will cut out bone from the patients mouth and use a large and bulky restoration. It's about the same as a new car payment. Averages around $40k for a full mouth. Yes, that's expensive, but much more affordable than what it used to be and more affordable than other competitors offering All-on-X solutions that require you to cut out bone from your mouth. Implants can actually restore the teeth of bruxers and often fix their occlusion (the way the teeth come together) to create better outcomes. Often bruxers will wear a mouthguard at night to also help protect the teeth.

Some patients are able to pay cash, some finance payment, it really just depends on the individual. We wish it didn't cost as much either, but there are a lot of pieces and costs that have to come together to surgically restore a smile (implants, zirconia, dental school, regulations, anesthesia, licensing, etc) and we only control a small portion of those costs. @@anglegrinder4630 "affordable" is relative to every individual. $40k is the price of a newer car, which the majority of Americans own and drive because they can afford the monthly payment. With this, most Americans can afford it and make the monthly payment. It just comes down to priorities.

So sorry to hear that. The All on 4 procedure often requires a lot of bone removal and unfortunately, it is irreversible.
