So our CTP7-20E runs a cleaning cycle, but it’s doesn’t drain the water out and into the floor drain. It pumps it out the grease tube and just overflows a nasty mix of water and grease onto the floor. Or it doesn’t drain at all, our store does have hard water and scales up a good amount. Could throw valve be blocked or drain pump have gone bad? It does fill the quenching box tho. Our techs haven’t fixed it and it’s been 6 months.
This is very helpful. Wish there was more videos on fixing different issues on alto shaams, I have a ctp20-20g model, this helped me out so much thank you. Had same issue with the pump.
Good video. Im always afraid to have a service call on those when I’m on call today 4/30 and don’t know much about them. I’m on call this weekend and hopefully didn’t jinks myself just now. I have only seen combi ovens twice. Is there like a training video on how this units operate. Kind of like online manufacturing training ?
Nothing really online. I don’t have many videos, I did make one of the gas train sequence though that shows how it uses negative gas pressure that could be helpful for sure
