I just bought the TS..308 to use as a stage monitor when playing live in my band, I am blown away at how amazing and loud this little speaker gets ! I am the drummer and the stage gets real loud with 2 guitars , bass 3 vocalists etc ..these cut right though and I hear it all ! Amazing and the price is insane ! Great speaker ! Great review ! Best purchase I have made in a long time ! Alto hits !
How's your 308 treating you? Just got one in today and it seems fairly well made but I haven't seen much online about people actually using them in loud band monitoring situations so it'd be cool to know some people are using them successfully for an extended period of time at gigs without them blowing up hah.

jay cam I’m glad to have been able to help you with a great sounding speaker. They are worth every penny. I use mine on smaller events up to 150 people and they work perfectly!

I do own a RCF Kit that I wouldn't change for anything else. I have 2X RCF ART 722A(mk2) with two RCF ART 905AS I'm in love with it! It's so loud and really CLEAR in fact each gig that I do I actualy have people that say it's so clear and loud! They don't know anything about sound it's just that it's a really nice type of sound! but the problem it's made for big room and it's really overkill for a cocktail or small event that I also do! So I was thinking to get a small RCF rig ! But honestly for the price of the Alto and level of performance I just think that it will work absolutely amazing ! So i'm actualy going to get a small sound kit from Alto ! My choice will be 2x TS 308 with one sub maybe two will see, I need to ear how it sound like with the sub in crossover a 80 hz. before buying! Anyway! Just leting you know that you don't always have to go with the big brand to get good sound! Specialy when your sound objective can be reach for someting half the price! Thanks for reading this! 🎶
Man, I m gonna buy that speaker AltoTS308! I Saw it on Thomann site and i was very curious about it! I m a Singer, DJ and drummer, so i get this for variations events in smal space or big space. They are really powerfulls! Hugs from lisbon.

If it was me. I would go with the 12's because the bass reacts better on a 12. The 15's will travel further so at the end of the day its up to you. I hope this was enough help.
A friend of mine said to me that have one couple of this speakers and then in a party, people in one hundred metters of stage, asked to down the volume of the sound! Lol

That's your opinion 😉 whatever floats ur boat. They are 1000 RMS! Don't know where you're getting ur info from but qsc cp8's are a joke! Maybe if you said the k8's you would have had some point. Then I would have came back at you with the cost and I would have won! Also qsc cp8's spl is 124, the alto's are 126 and That's continuous!
