Thank you for your work, I'm just starting to discover it and I am already particularly in love with Coma Cluster and Komorebi. I'm pretty sure I will keep enjoying your music for years on end no matter what. Again, I am truly grateful.❤
I would say almost the same thing I said when you released "Strength of Fate". One has the right to explore different genres, to find the best way to express what one wants to say and not to be pigeonholed in a certain one (that would be the case of "music to study, meditate or sleep"). However, I have to say that, although it is a well done work, this pure electronic music is not my style, it is not something that tells me much right now. Don't take it as a criticism. It's just my impressions.
I always appreciate any feedback from my listeners. Trust me, a part of me hesitated releasing this, but it felt a waste not to. Despite it being very different, there are a minority of listeners who've been enjoying Descender. As with Strength of Fate, this album isn't a new direction I plan on taking. It's just a detour. I also like to make sure that listeners are aware that Loneward is a distillation of the kind of music I'm best known for, and where I tend to pour most of my energy. For example, this year (2023) I have four Loneward albums planned, but only one Altus album. Thanks for sticking with me. ❤️
