Temperature differences between the middle and the edges.
As the plate gets bigger, the difference will increase gradually.
In order to solve this issue, we do thermal flow simulations and experiment with the designs. In order to equalize the differences, we change the watt distribution and heating element positions inside of the cast aluminum.
