Great work! The background noise is perfect because it convveys the working atmosphere. So much better than stpuid music which would spoil the video of this skilled man quietly going about his work, it was a pleasure to watch!

love the baked core from the same moulding sand, this stuff seems to have great qualities over greensand. I notice he feeds the furnace with coke [I also burn coke in my furnace] but what's the brown stuff he's putting in as well?.
@@markfryer9880 I'm no casting master by any means but I thought the sand needed to be dry. Of course it's difficult to discuss when you don't have a total grasp of what's going on....now if ya wanna talk generators that's my deal. I thought in the big industrial stuff the sand has some kind of glue thats heat activated and once it's used in a casting it's done.
