As the country marks Youth Day, author and cultural activist Sikhumbuzo Thabede reflects on the day with a tribute to struggle stalwarts and modern day heroes through his song Aluta Continua. While the song celebrates 30 years of freedom and democracy it also raises pertinent questions about what freedom means in modern day South Africa.
