There’s Breton, Alsatian (a German dialect), Catalan, Occitan, Basque, Corsican and Flemish that are official recognised regional languages in France. There’s then also regional languages from French overseas territories (various Creoles, and Polynesian languages like Tahitian)

Speaking of clothes, the colors and patterns refer directly to the traditional patterns of Breton and Celtic culture, so the Tanxugeiras do not own them. Well, they have 3 vocalists from the start so they cannot really change that to be different, especially it as in one of the first versions of the song long before the selection. For the clothing, it’s traditional clothes from Brittany which come usually in black and gold. Then moving on the stage isn’t something that you can say anyone can really copy. For the rest, I cannot tell since I don’t know when was the first staging of Tanxugueiras. All I can say is that the percussion were in the original version of the song and he played it for the first time on stage in February.
