so you have 3 fingers on the bottom 3x10= 30, then you have 3 fingers on top left and 4 on top right 3x4=12, so 30+12=42 and 7x6=42

​@@blackblair726236 20(two fingers equal to 6 is 20)+16(remaining 4×4) So 20+16 = 36

​​@@blackblair7262(ik know this is 3 years late but ...) 2 finger at the bottom (the thumb) so thats 20, 4 x 4 at the top, so 4x4 = 16 + 20 = 36. Pretty easy
