Firstly I have to say you looked lovely in that gorgeous blue and white dress while you were working. Your living room looks so fresh and beautiful. The photo of your daughter from the back in the garden that is in the purse frame looks like an impressionist painting - I love it! You have such a gift for displaying and arranging items. You have inspired me to get things out on display and not have them wrapped in tissue paper in drawers and cupboards 😊

The Weller vase is so wonderful with those muted soft colors and floral decoration. The incised mark was used from 1900-1925. That particular artist’s hand painted floral line was called ‘Hudson’ introduced in 1917. That ‘Hudson’ line included florals and scenic versions. It ran through the mid 1930s. Some of the well known artists at Weller signed their pieces. That vase looks early having more the Art Nouveau flair. It is difficult to find pieces not crazed, without hairline cracks, or chips. In the ‘Hudson’ line, the florals have remained inexpensive ($100-$250). The artist signed pieces bring a bit more, large pieces, and ‘Scenic Hudson’ is the prize. That vase, if perfect, would sell for $75-$100. I would put something in the bottom, like a piece of styrofoam, and use it to display hat pins. I like the fact that it is an early piece in the ‘Hudson’ line. The depression hit Weller hard. They closed in 1948 after being the largest Art pottery company in 1905. They struggled from 1935 till closing by eliminating artist pieces and doing only production lines. More than you ever wanted to know.

Lemon, garlic powder, pepper, Mayo, a bit of dill. 375 degrees for about 27 minutes.

I'd like to know more about the scrub brush you purchased. Is it hard to hold when scrubbing because it's powerful? Did it do a good job? I could use something that works well. Thanks. 👍💕

It had good power but I wanted to really push it against the wall tile to scrub it so it was a hand work out. I think because the tile was vertical. If it was floor tile, it would be easier because of gravity.

I haven't seen the Mrs. Meyers" room freshener. We use several different Mrs. Meyers' products. We mostly use the Rain Water scent. It's very clean. The Weller vase was beautiful. Did u get it? Even with the crack, it is still great enough to display. 🩷
