Everything is looking good but a good word to you whenever I start a big bore engine I always put on mechanic gloves because my hand for some reason always gets scraped up on the head!
I tried starting it cold without the decomp valve and it is a beast asking for a broke pawl or pullstart rope. LOL. On a warm engine it is doable, but nahh! LOL
Wait a minute Crucial when did you sneak this beast on us ALX nice what about the drive train and cups man that thing is angry bro hey have you thought about getting rid of the compression valve I had the same problem and a lot of blisters I have a Rcmax 65cc supreme and a old Rcmax 70cc Ray Dawson version and they both had compression valve I purchase the compression plug and problem solved no more cuts and blisters my brother.
I think I could get away without the decomp valve but on this engine but I think it may be necessary on this one. I did the decompression valve delete on my 65 rcmax no problem but this thing has compression for days. Lol
@@Ryan-gf3jf well 1st, the rear chassis needs to be moved 5mm more to the rear to allow the 85 to fit. This is done by the alx rear chassis plate. If u don't use it a lot more mods to the main chassis needs to be done to make fit. That being said, that 5mm stretch really pushes the cages limits. It fits bit the rear cage risers must be used and the rear mounts on the side rails do not line up at all. I also had to cut the lower side rails on the cage and remove the front cross brace due to the humongous pipe. Lol And of course the rear of the cage needs to be cut out and the bash bar installed to allow the engine head to fit.

@@Ryan-gf3jf for the most part it is stock. The only thing diff is the rear chassis but it will work for a standard baja too. It has slotted bolt holes to allow it to be slid rearward if necessary. All depends on how big the clutch is. Thanks for watching and commenting bro.
