How timely.....I just had to drop from a full-time college workload to part-time in my third year. It's too much. I haven't had more than 3 hrs of sleep per night for weeks, I'm not taking time to eat, I've dropped a ton of muscle mass, semi-permanent dark bags under my eyes....I'm not alright at all. And so many have suffered even more cuz of covid... i don't think anyone is alright, anymore. I wish you two the best
