-So I start my day at around 2pm -I take a very short nap (usually 20ish minutes) at 5pm -I go to bed at around 4-5am, and wake up bc of my family several times between 7ish am and 10ish am. Then I go back to bed at 11-12ish. -on school days you need to throw out any sleep between 5:30am and 10pm.
I have a sleep schedule of going to bed between 12-5 am, but because I have school that starts at 7:15, I cant ever get enough sleep because i have to get up at six yay😊
