This is a good example of what happens when people don't have any value for a human life. They don't have a problem killing, raping and robbing because they have absolutely zero value for life. They don't even have a value for their OWN life, how are we going to expect them to have a value for other peoples lives. We need to instill compassion, reciprocal love, and a value of a life into kids at an early age. Education should come second to this. These people don't know love other than the love they get from the street. Schools can easily ignite these values by teaching children to love and care for animals through a program with the SPCA. Dogs provide unconditional love, something these people will never know, it will teach compassion, kindness and a value for a life. Someone who cares for animals is far less likely to commit these vile crimes. We cant force their parents to show them love but they can know it through animals at an early age
