I think it's a great idea, your living standards etc for your family is great here in the UAE . In terms of 'hijrah' I wouldn't recommend Dubai maybe if you live further out you will find more Conservative areas. I'm currently in Dubai near downtown and honestly it's not what you will want to surround your children and your family with

May Allah make your Hijra barakah. Honestly as a UAE born and left after 40 years. You will feel difference after you lived atleast 3 to 4 years. How business works there. Wish you all the best.
