'Flaming June' like the painting with yellows oranges and terracotta would be fabulous in a log cabin or courthouse steps, playing with the patterns the blocks form. I love the tutorials Donna; you have such a soothing voice. And what a sweetie shop of thousands of delicious fabrics to choose from.

My favorite colours are reds and yellow. So many people are afraid of both of these colours it seems, but they can turn out to be beautiful choices. Red isn’t just a Christmas colour and yellow doesn’t have to be extremely bossy either just depends on what you use for a background choice. You made a lovely quilt today being the Double Vision. Thanks so much for all the thought put into creating all of these lovely quilts that you build and for all the hard work that you put into making every quilt turn out so special. I appreciate all that you do. Thank you Donna.

I like earth colors. Your tutorials are my favorite ones to watch. They take you from beginning to end visually and verbally. How you do it and problems you might encounter. You get right to making the pattern without all the fluff.

You hooked me! I never wanted to be a quilter until I started to watch your videos. I have learned so much from you, thank you Donna! Purple is a fun color, I have more than my fair share of purple in my wardrobe. My husband is not as excited about purple so I don’t decorate with purple. I do think rich browns and deep inviting shades of turquoise make for a delightful combination. Thank you again for sharing your knowledge, skill and love of fabric with others.

I like blue and yellow. Black, white, and a bright contrast color, maybe red, hot pink, or lime green. Use the favorite color of the person you're making the quilt for. Thank you for another great tutorial! Have a wonderful day!

Fire colours (orange-yellow-red) and deep purples are my favourites! They combine into a sunset palette which I find both beautiful and exhilarating!

Your hair looks great Donna. Favorite colors are teal and salmon. 😉 you are such a wonderful teacher. I love your style of teaching because you concentrate on techniques. I've quilted for about 12 years and I love taking classes. Those who teach technique first and pattern second are the ones I recommend to others. You are someone who gets the most referrals. Learn good habits-then learn where each person can "cut corners". Lol pun.

I love light and medium shades of blue, yellow, pink and green! Excellent tips about sewing and pressing on the bias❣️👍. Your shop is on my bucket list of road trip destinations!! When you are choosing the project fabric I am amazed at all the inventory....a slice of heaven Lol 😊.

I like some times that you are on the edge of laughing or have just finished laughing. Always such bright positive energy. Your videos are perfect but do you have a BLOOPER reel? I know you are very business oriented but that would be “really really fun”...relaxing and showing we can all make mistakes.

I gasped when you pulled that purple and green strip set out - I just love those colours together and I adore batiks. Purple is my fave so most of my stash is purple, lime green and turquoise. TFS.

Another example of your teaching gift combined with your quilting skill - thanks, Donna! My favorite color combination is soft gray blue with soft sage-y greens and a soft white background. (Looks like soft and cool is my color preference - yep!) I also love single color quilts - blue/white and red/white are my faves. Thanks again for all you do!

I just love color! I tend to run in groups. Like red, white and blue. Or fall colors of bright orange and gold and maybe a touch of teal and soft brown? I am also crazy about subshine yellow. It makes me think of daffodils and yellow roses and the warmth of the sun. That is sensational with what we always called Minnesota blue as it was a fabulous deeper blue sky. And no. We didn t live there. Just loved the state. Having said all of that, my favorite color is blue.
