Am I Smarter Than These Streamers? 

Yeah, I think Stanz and Atrioc had a huge advantage on the music because they lived in a time before Spotify and Shazam. So songs were selected and pushed by the radio stations which created a hive mind sort of situation and you had to identify songs by listening to them, you couldn't just press a button and have it reported back to you. The culture was people shared the experiences of hearing the songs so you would associate the songs with very specific people or events, thus make them far more memorable. Spotify has created a situation where songs are quite niche and diverse, so not everyone knows the same songs and will talk about the same songs. You usually discover songs by flicking through the app which is not a particularly eventful or personable moment, and thus not as memorable.
