My client tested me y'all... My client stole from me then had the nerve to ask me for a favor. See video for full story.
Hey! In this series I welcome you into my home and share with you some of my most bizarre customer service stories in the salon/industry and I allow you the viewer to weigh in on if I was wrong or right on how I handled each situation.
I decided to make this series to share my experiences but to also free my mind of blah... HA HA HA! I believe this will be fun and it will give those a opportunity to learn about possible customer service situation and how to resolve issues; and give future artist a insight on maybe similar situations they may have experienced and to know they are not alone!

You got skills wish you were in NYC, I do 8 mos natural with good wig. I leave out spring and summer relaxed keeps my hair long, strong and healthy.

I am loving this series! I love all your content but I get to see your thought process on situations. Don't know why but I like it. Now I have to say from a business standpoint I would have to say I agree with you not taking her back. Something about what she said wasn't adding up. She broke that trust of being a client. You had to put her on blast for her to try and make things right. That is not okay, soon as she supposely knew what her girlfriend did she should have came to you to pay you but she didn't. I don't know this girl's real story but I get the vibe she was going to try to get over if she could. With that being said you needed to cut her loose permanetly.

First off. I really do think of you as a home girl. Watching your video felt like you was here talking to me. Just to let you know it was her fault for messing you over not your fault for having a good heart and given people the benefit of the doubt. You handle that situation very professionally I wanna say. I wish you was in North Carolina because I would so go to you. The fact that you have a client list and a record profile means you about your money but also want to use your gift to make others happy. So no boo. Keep your household and your place clean from mess and confusion. That was nothing but the devil and at the end of the day God blesses you and is keep on blessing you. She lost a good professional hair stylist.
