@@gideonbernimoore7152 the APEAL court never authorized them to seat, hope you know the CJ has been barred from interfering with them…. APEAL court said the state hight court doesn’t have the jurisdiction to declare their seat vacant, but that doesn’t mean that section 109 isn’t standing
