Thank you for the great video. Hope you enjoyed the stay there. By the way, I hate the behavior of the lady, who showed you the room. She is so rude. Usually, in such luxurious relaxing hotels, they close doors, shelters so gently. But she! No way. If I were there, I asked the manager to change the lady. So disgusting.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have indeed had a very comfortable time. It might be an issue with the audio, but my on-site impression was that it was okay. Besides, all of his drawers are cushioned, so it might just require a bit more force to slide them in more easily. ☺
