A guy can never have to many tractors. You will have more options and spares if breakdowns happen a guy can wait to fix broken tractors until he has time . Plus more green machines is great for moral ! Stay safe and farm on my friends!

Spent a lot of time on a 4630 powershift. My dad and uncle had put a 50 series 466 in it and had it dynoed at well over 200 at the pto. Ran a silage chopper for a lot of years.
Those axles are itching to have a cutting torch! I hooked onto about everything with the long axles on the 4020 when the duals came off. I thought dad would have a coronary when I cut them off. Boy that made a difference on her.

now you just need a 4450 or go bigger with an 8650 jd i ran both many hours or go even newer with jd 8400 mfwd ran on tons of hours on a 750 bushel kilbros grain cart till fall we got so many acers of soybeans off it went on jd air drill and 8650 went on grain cart till winter wheat planting was done it was like that till they sold 8650 for an 8300 jd and it was on drill for winter wheat and soybeans in spring 8870 full duals was nice but had electronic clutch when you had a 30 foot folding krause disk and pull behind 3 piece folding brillion packers behind crossing a road you cant see cause of hill /dip in road and you have to cross fast and hit brake it goes back to gear one and you are stsrting back over with 55to 60 feet of tractor and equip around 350 to 400 hp though they have a 9400 with triples fancy pulls a folding 714 mulh tiller as jd calls it chisel plow or john deere soil finisher with pull behind brillion packers real well they got a jd tractor forget model with tracks never thought i would see day his dad says did not like how they turn in end row to soil but then got one years later two track high hp model jd they have two sts jd combines one is 9670 both with duals 3 semi trucks two with dump trailers one with grain trailer and use it on flatbed trailer 48 ft chemical and water trailer for apache sprayer if you get your semi going get a grain trailer or pto and dump trailer and haul ssnd snd gravel on side for extra money that is what his son does he has 2 drivers lovd new tractor tell amanda she has good color choices 👍
I used to drive one of these 1640 4wdJohn Deere's when spraying vines in a vineyard at a place called Padthaway in the South East of South Australia back in the Mid 80's :D The other guys reckoned it was a pile of gutless shit [65hp] but there was a little trick I used, I would carry a little 6" shifter and just notch the fuel up a touch when I started the day and notch it back when I finished. I wasn't thinking a 4630. My guess was a german built 55 series with front wheel assist and loader. Nobody likes an out of control fire but it wiil sure make for an interesting video.

I had a set of straight pipes on a logging trks. I tipped it over. When loader come tipped it back up on tires grapple got to swinging and smashed 1 flat. Had to put mufflers back on and it was so nice and quiet next day in woods I thanked him for smashing that stack. That's no bullshit!!
It is 79 degrees, I had better go plug in my powerstroke, yeah. At 45 degrees it takes 2 1/2 hours to start on it's own. Nothing but the finest around here.
Is there a reason why you need to change the rims on the hubs. Can you not just just loosen the hub on the axle and wind it out for baling. The axle does not care weather the rim is altered or the hub. The centre of the wheel to the axle bearing is all that matters.
