Some people can’t face that they don’t realize people change as they don’t went through a lot of things when I’ve been traumatized and been through a lot of shit you change people don’t seem to realize that just like people don’t think people in Hollywood grow up or change for some reason, they expect them to stay and look the same forever

I get it but you have to understand that a lot of this stuff that she “went through” she bought on herself. Nobody did this to her. And she had a hard time taking accountability for everything that goes on in her life. That’s why she continues to go in an endless circle. And nothing will change until she takes an introspective look at herself, takes accountability and makes necessary changes. It’s probably because I’m a guy so I can’t go through life like this because all of my actions have real world consequences that affect my success in real time. But this woman needs some guidance. That’s all. You can feel sorry for her but realistically I can’t.
Dan isn't drugging her up anymore to make her more "peppy" This is someone that has never been allowed to express herself and just be herself. She is pushing norms and finally doing whatever she wants. She is holding it together, while that dark secret is still eating her up inside. Celebrate her being a survivor and not a suicide.
She is in her. Adult child stage she has a lot of childhood trauma and this is her way that her brain and body are reacting to the pain. Please be gentle with her.❤

This is almost a stupid question. Amanda is doing the best she can with the resources and life she's been given. We need to show grace to Ms.Bynes she is a living legend 🤷🏾♀️
She and Britney are prime examples of how traumatic abuse mind control transforms a person into a shell of who they were. I pray that healing and justice is found for both of them in this life.🙏
People seem to forget that they are comparing photos of Amanda at like 16 and Amanda at 38. Most women do look very different after that many years have elapsed. Especially if they have been beaten down morally, judged harshly, and have all of their life placed before the court of public opinion. I happen to admire that she didn’t fall into a trap of repeated plastic surgeries trying to maintain unrealistic beauty standards. She clearly has zero effs to give about pleasing people anymore, and good for her. Like a Robin Williams, comedians tend to be “sad clowns” carrying heavy burdens, and traumas.
It's not even necessarily from the trauma. A good friend of mines face changed drastically after about 23-24, her face elongated and she ended up looking just like her mom, and before she looked like her dad's side of the family. I know she struggled with it because she was extremely pretty as a teen/young woman. And I'm not saying she isn't pretty that way, but well...
So sad. God knows what this poor girl has been through. I was a huge fan of her show when I was younger. I hope she is able to recover from whatever she is going through.
If only her father would have protected her from that guy! Her father served her up on a sliver platter. And everyone wonders why she acts the way she does. She is a broken little girl trapped in a woman’s body! I wanna protect her.

She loooks similar, bloating in her face is prob from drugs, alcohol, and bad Botox. Not being mean, just the truth. I feel for her, she deserved better.
She has said she had a nose job and "webbing" removed from her eyes... Plus just general getting older and teamed with possibly not being as kind to herself as she deserved due to depression and mental health issues, like, you can see it *is* her she's just... Changed. Plus I think she's had lip filler (or a "lip flip") and probably a few other fillers and botox too - no shade to that at all but I think that's why her lips look different (she over lines them too) and why her face/forehead doesn't really move when she speaks... But I also know some mental health meds (especially anti psychotics) can give you a "mask" like appearance too.

Let’s support Amanda Dan , her parents , Nickelodeon, paparazzi all have been monsters to her Let’s not be cruel and judgemental. She needs support ! Why do people keep comparing her to her younger self? No one in their thirties looks the same as they did in their twenties or as a kid. No one. I think she looks great and I love how she’s expressing her creativity in her style. She is an original. She also seems much stronger and wiser now after recovering from Hollywood. It looks like she is committed to her recovery and has the strength to slough off stupid negative comments that come her way.

As an over achiever and someone who grew up under a LOT of stress and pressure i completely understand why she’s like this now. You just reach a breaking point and the toll of being “ON” and performing and the expectations can absolutely crush a person. Things catch up to you later in life, I’m pretty sure she didn’t see this happening to herself either but things have to come out (unexpressed feelings, traumas, burn out). It hurts to see because I’ve been through my own nervous breakdowns and thank god have made it out alive, but right now she just needs kindness, therapy, and time. These things don’t get better over night, there isn’t a magic one step fix.
Dan snider moved her into his house while she was a kid this girls has seen the unforgettable things nightmares are built on. Let’s give her compassion and grace. I ache when I see her she looks broken sad and I truly feel she doesn’t have one good person in her life. Her own parents sold her as a child.

But her parents intervened with those things cause they were good parents then & didn’t sell her she wanted it always they were there for her in the darkest hours. & they were having her back hence why devil dam wanted to help her escape & to get emancipated, also cause Amanda told him & everyone that her dad SAd her who knows now if that’s ever true tho cause she can’t speak on & never had never will.

Its her, ppl change over time and shes had work done to her face too. I think shes very lonely and needs GOOD friends to rally around her but i feel like shes burned a lot of bridges over the years because of her mental state

I always loved her so much. I hope she can heal from the horrible insane things she's had to deal with in Hollywood and whatever else in her life. I just hope she finds some peace one day.
From what I've read Amanda Bynes was diagnosed with bi polar and she has a history of drug use. I think this might explain her state of mind. If someone is diagnosed with a bi polar disorder, they have to take medication for life. If they stop taking their meds, they revert back to their mental illness.
It depends heavily on what type it is as well. Type one is mainly characterized by manic episodes, where as type 2 is more depression episodes. Type 1 is far more difficult to manage without meds
i could never hate amanda bynes I loved her growing up watching her show and different movies she was so beautiful and funny I wanted to be like her. Now I just feel so bad that she went through all these traumatic experiences when she was a star. I hope she’s happier now and in a good place.

This poor woman has been through a lot as a child and now as an adult with some mental health issues, I think people need to leave her alone. If you don't like her move on, if you are a fan, show her kindness.

The beauty and light and glow in her eyes when she was younger 🥺 she literally was such a natural beauty. She would of aged so beautifully if she didn’t go through everything she’s been through. Bless her heart, this is heartbreaking. They sucked the soul out of her 😔
She seems to has lost that shine in her personality perhaps that shine was all an act but its sad either way I haven't seen her smile in a long time and she just talks monotone all the time and shows absolutely no emotion and what's up with the eye brows something had to happen to her that she's not opening up about she is definitely not the same Amanda
This is Amanda Bynes, but The thing is when people go through a lot in life it can alter their parents to a degree and this is what has happened to her. Evidently there's a lot more behind the scenes than what we could possibly understand at this point and it's sad it really is.
