Amanda is a modern day Dubois. She has a place in our story. Everyone matters and everyone doesn't all vibe to together; how however, when we as a people can hear, understand and accept or resonate with the truth. But Hope, you do grandiose generalizations with your analysis in most of your discourses. You think you have an impact with that- maybe among others. However your analysis could have a larger reach, make a point don't beat us up
Ms. Hope, I appreciate what you had to say. Did you ever have a conversation with Amanda about what went down during that first meeting and how you felt about it? I would be interested to know how she received what you had to say when you all spoke one on one about it.
We grazed over it briefly during one of our meetings, but it really wasn’t the time to bring it up. I do believe that she would’ve been receptive in the space. There were just other things to handle at the moment.
In all honesty Amanda is a narcissist, and the story she is telling is proof of that. Amanda wears many faces, even though nasty B is the most obviously worn. She would only respond positively depending on who is watching, what she did the first time they met IS who she is.
@@NeurodivergentNegress my personal experience is just taking many college classes with her, but you can see this about her via almost anything you see her in and how she speaks to everyone, even her fans. Unless you've had personal experience w someone w NPD it wouldn't be as obvious
There is actually a hundred neg things I could say about Amanda, but what honestly says it all is how I've seen her talk to her actual followers like they are garbage. They may ask her a question on something they don't understand, they might try to add to the discussion, they may respectfully disagree w her....she speaks to them like they are straight up mentally deficient. She is not a decent person let alone a good person❤.....thanks for the stories
like myron rolle-- she called him a predator but she never said what happened behind the scenes. she had never met him, shot her shot at him and called him, he wasnt feeling her and was that. then veeerrryyy curiouslt 8 mysterious women who have never said anything else to anyone else ever, felt that they needed to confide in amanda and amanda only that myron rolle was inappropriate with them. even more curiously, these women never offered a single specific about when and where these things happened, how they knew myron, nothing. and then amanda positions herself as a feminist champion in the MeToo era when what really happened was amanda did the ultimate slap in the face to MeToo and to Black Feminism: she concocted a bullshit story about a man she needed to "bring down a few pegs" because he rejected her and she thought she was entitled to the attention of any and all educated black men. IRL she rants constantly about how "uneducated black women" are "taking" all the "educated black men"
Hope, although you express your thoughts well; it's helpful if you slow down, the cadence in which speak, always seems to come off angry and hypocritical. And you speak well enough for us to understand without using profanity.
Hi Hope, came to check you out after seeing you on Marc Lamont Hill. Appreciate your perspective. Amanda came out as on the spectrum recently. I have an acquaintance who works in that space and often talks about how those on the spectrum process info and communicate differently and it can be very hard for them to fit into social “norms”. It can be alienating to others and confusing to them. I seriously don’t think it’s malicious. Is there any space for you to be more open?
