Amaravati : Andhra Pradesh से Telangana के अलग होने के बाद Hyderabad became the capital of Telangana state. और Manmohan Singh और Sonia Gandhi की तात्कालीन UPA Government द्वारा Andhra Pradesh को अगले 10 सालों में एक नई Rajdhani बनाने के लिए कहा गया. 2014 में N Chandrababu Naidu sworn in as Andhra Pradesh CM और उन्होंने Vijayawada और Guntur के बीच पड़ते इलाके को New capital of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati के लिए चुना जिसका शिलान्यास October 2015 में PM Narendra Modi ने किया. 2015 में Amaravati का काम शुरू हुआ और 50,000 Crore की लागत से एक नई Smart City बनाने का काम शुरू हुआ. लेकिन Telugu Desam Party और YSRCP की कलह के चलते इसका काम अटक गया. फिर 2019 में जब YS Jagan Mohan Reddy became the CM of Andhra Pradesh तो उन्होंने आते ही Amaravati का काम रोक दिया जो N Chandrababu Naidu's Dream Project थी. Jagan Mohan Reddy के कार्यकाल के दौरान Amaravati Project को बैकफुट पर डाल दिया गया और उन्होंने Three Capital Bill लाकर एक नया ही खेल शुरू कर दिया. 5 साल तक Andhra Pradesh Government की अनदेखी के चलते Amaravati एक खंडहर में तबदील हो गई. और अब जब चंद्रबाबू नायडू एक बार फिर आंध्र प्रदेश के चीफ मिनिस्टर बने तो उन्होंने ऐलान कर दिया कि Amaravati will be the capital of Andhra. तो Kissa Uncut पर Bhupinder Soni से सुनिए Kissa Andhra Capital Amaravati का
