Join us for dinner with flavors of the Caribbean at Amatista Cookhouse at Sapphire Falls Resort Universal Orlando.
This beautiful Caribbean themed restaurant is located inside Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. They have amazing savory and flavorful island dishes from different Caribbean islands. We had several cocktails, appetizers and entrees that were amazing. They also offer indoor and outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the Universal Lagoon and Royal Pacific. If you are looking for island food this is the place to try out during your Universal Studios Orlando vacation. All the food we had was phenomenal.

@@5551133 we did but you can also walk up to the restaurant and make reservation. I suggest to call especially during holidays and summer high season. Breakfast is always busier.

we did this last year for my bday we did it when they had orlando magical dinning we paid 45 dollars for a 4 course meal it was so wroth the food is great!!

I'm with you, down with the coconut. The sauces looked the best. Your nails match your shirt. Good choice to switch to Fridays, I'm following your example now with the pre-dinner drinks!

Thank you lol. Coral is a pretty nail color and no coconut shred for me. Fridays are better for us and our MagTastic family. You got to love the pre-dinner drinks. Love it.

We have not but we are thinking of dining there one of these days. We love food from Mexico. We loved the one at San Angel Inn inside the Mexican pavilion. Thanks for the suggestion. 😃

@@MagtasticProductions I hope you love it as much as me. I have a reservation next week and I’m so excited! The carne asada tacos, guac and fundido is my favorite meal each time I’m in Orlando.
