Amaury Guichon left school at 14 to chase his dessert dreams. Now he's a social media star after showing off his incredible chocolate sculptures. However, his journey to fame was not an easy one. #AmauryGuichon #DessertMasters #Chocolate
This man is so humble and talented and I loved his show on Netflix he was so nice to the competitors an so understanding and was devoted to teaching and helping them.
I love that he is able to talk about his French attitude and opinions yet understands ours enough to bring up our differences with a spot of humor. He is an amazing talent and gives credit to others.
Un génie qui sait parfaitement sublimer le cacao...C'est impressionnant un tel savoir faire! En plus, avec un magnifique sourire...Un pur délice...Bravo!❤
I didn't catch the name of the interviewer but she did a great job! Her lighthearted friendly attitude made Amaury Guichon's responses seem more personal rather than distantly professional
For me, he's right. Pavlova is the perfect Dessert. My mum made it at Christmas without cornflour. It was crisp or crunchy on the outside and soft marshmallow inside. She used the yolks to make a sabayon-type filling. I can't remember exactly how she made it, but it was thick, lemony, and luscious, and on top was real cream. The cream was from our cows. Memories
I love watching his videos. Amaury Guichon is AMAZING! I am an avid chocolate lover; however, not a fan of extremely sweet, sugary desserts. I only like a hint of sweetness in my dessert treats. I like that he is so frank with his replies.
He is a very handsome and talented man, his personality and overwhelming smile make one love him... and everything he does is great and very artistic... I would like to know if you could make an anime figure of Goku With the dragon of the spheres from the anime dragon ball.... I love it!!! everything you do with chocolate is magical...
@@AJzilllaProEasy question. Philippe Conticini and Pierre Hermé. They're in the top 10 best pastry chefs in the world. They have literally revolutionised the pastry.
Y es injusto.. bien en forma el joven nada gordo.. lo crea esas cosas impresionantes y deliciosas , te lo da y bien chingon solo lo prueba pero no se lo termina.. lo da a los otros!!! Y listo no para no engordar!!! Pero mas inteligente seré yo en decirle im not going to eat it neither to taste it.. i will not destroy a master art thing. Y me voy.😊
I call him The Chocolate Guy because that's what Tumblr called him. I don't think I even knew his name until I coincidentally came across his videos on RU-vid. Therefore, the people I know in real life who I shared his videos with also know him as The Chocolate Guy, so it's just easier to use that title. Although I do struggle to remember how to pronounce his name as well, but I don't hear it said very often.
