Hi..the review is very helpful and you're doing an amazing job! I'm planning to buy it and i just have one question. How accurate it count steps? How's the step counting accuracy?
I was always wondering -would wearing smartwatch like soldiers, with face of the watch on the other side of the wrist give better measure results ? Because of the sensor being much closer to veins
I feel like we’re at a point where they’ve taken all that into account, so the performance is pretty consistent regardless. But who knows, definitely interesting. Would be cool to hear more on it from an expert.
Great video. Can I just ask. Does this tracker records resting calories or only those burned through a recorded workout? I just bought this strap but my calories are very low compared to a Fitbit charge 4. Appreciate your guidance on this 🙏🏽
I'm considering buying this to replace my Fitbit. How accurate is this in tracking workouts? And did you find it difficult to adjust to this new watch after having the Fitbit? Thank you
Thanks for review here....been looking for a smart watch but don't want to pay top dollar....saying that don't want to pay bottom dollar either......I think this will do me 👍👍
Ive been looking at this watch as i dont want to spend a fortune. Id like it for football. Is that an option in the workouts modes do you know? Thanks for your time.
About Heart rate accuracy, did you test while doing a work out? The problem many watches have is picking the heartbeats increase. If you didnt test while doing an exercise, you cant say the watch heart rate is accurate.
I couldnt pick as I dont own the GTS, but all I can say is the GTS 2 Mini is a great smartwatch for the price, dont think you can go wrong with it personally!
The specs shows the GTS 2 are better in every aspects. Bigger screens, receive calls like a power ranger, and you can store your music on the watch itself. The rest of it are very similar.
Hello, nice review. Is this a product of Huawei? I saw on the internet that the brand is Huami, which is a subsidary of Xiaomi. So, I am a little confused there.
It’s a subsidiary of Xiaomi…There are many tech startups in China, but their products often swept under the wave of the big brands, and eventually died drowning if nobody knows your products. That’s where Xiaomi steps in, they invest into the potential company and used the company’s big chain to advertise the products. Helping the smaller tech startups and earn money in the process…this is why you see Xiaomi has a lot of products that has absolutely nothing to do with phone business starting to sell washing machines, air conditioning and watches under their banner.
awesome review, What do you mean by heart rate warnings? Does it give you heart rate zones live while working out? This is very important feature. Thnx
I've never been too tech savvy, and I'm an Android kinda guy, so my question is would this watch be compatible with my Samsung Galaxy A52 5G? Like would it sync my music, connect to Facebook? Also will it give me call and text notifications? If not what would be a good choice for what I'm looking for in this price range?
Hey there! Great video. I do have a question for you, well I just need help. Here comes my life story: So for like 2 months or so I have borrowed a smartwatch (Samsung Gear Sport) from my friend to see if I like smartwatches. Turns out I do, but his was an old watch so I am going to buy a new one. Though I'm finding it really hard to find a watch that fit's me. Here are some remarks: - I use an iPhone so a iPhone compatible watch would be great - I dont really care about all those 100+ workout options: I only care about built in GPS, because I jog once a week, and I also would really like to upload the route to Strava (app). - Battery life is important to me. The Gear Sport went for like 1,5 days and I didnt like that. I did like Tizen OS tho. - If possible I find Spotify support quite helpful, so the option to store like 5+ songs would be great. - I think when getting a Samsung watch I might pay for many features that aren't available on iPhone - I like (AM)OLED screens - I dont care about SPo2, blood stuff, barometers, heartrate, that sort of stuff. Im not gonna use them anyways. I also dont use 'Always On' - I do like the 'move wrist to turn on watch' function - Im not against paying more money (under €200 or smh, sorry I know you use pounds ;) but I do want some value, Im not gonna pay 200 for a phone with SpO2 and android stuff. - I will react to this message when I think of more stuff :) - I also found the Amazfit Bip U pro but I found the screen quite ugly It would really mean a lot to me if you could help me out, I hope you can! Already big thanks for reading in the first place. Best regards, Duco
Hey! So, from the info you've given me, the Apple watch SE would be my first thought, that way you remove any compatibility issues, unfortunately with pretty much all non apple smartwatches there are a few restrictions features wise, that being said though, those restrictions shouldn't drastically effect your experience. From the budget you've given, I'd recommend checking out the TicWatch E3 I recently reviewed, its just been released and has the very powerful 4100 chip, In my reviewers guide it mentioned that it has great compatibility with Apple phones, so it would be a perfect choice for you. Failing that, you could also look at the Amazfit T Rex / T rex pro, also great options. Hope that helps a bit!
@@TechItEasyCollective Thanks so much for replying! It really means a lot to me. I did some research and it seems the Ticwatch E3 only has 2 days of battery, and the T-rex seems a bit bulky to me right? I do love youre suggestions because you obviously have more knowledge than me :)
@@dtabor-d9r you're welcome mate! If I'm honest you will struggle to get a smartwatch with longer battery life, if you want all the features. As a much cheaper alternative you could check out the honor band 6, that was 2 weeks battery life and a lot of the same features as a smartwatch does, failing that the ticwatch pro 3 can go for up to 72 hours I belive, so another one to maybe consider!
@@TechItEasyCollective have you tried the bip with the TFT screen? Only thing stopping me from upgrading from it is the screen.. you can see it in direct sunlight without any issues at all
Decent review but can you really trust a tech channel that cannot lock focus on the watch while filming? the focus shift is so distracting and is giving me a headache.
@@TechItEasyCollective yes the weight. It's much much lighter. And more comfortable even for sleeping. And battery life is amazing. I usually charge it every 4th day of usage.
I have bought gts 2 mini and using since couple of days … very cheap quality device … gps keeps dropping … shows only 4 work out modes in my device … spo2 level calculates once in 10 times … I had honor band before this 100 times better than this garbage …
