Mets were trailing 7-1 vs Braves on 7-17-73, scored 7 runs and won 8-7. Win for Buzz Capra and save for Harry Parker. Homers for Milner and Rusty in the 9th. Remember watching this on Channel 9.

It was a great comeback. I believe in the Mets a long time. I come from New York. I just posted on utube lifting weights it was great. Ny Mets fans r spoiled. There r time you guys r spoiled and sometimes too critical. You don't play the game. You need to appreciate the team that much. You need to be more encouraging to the team. I am disappointed how you treat the team. The Mets showed a lot of grit not giving up. This stuff need to stop. I know the pressure playing in New York . Darryl strawberry is a changed man now but he went thru too much when he played in New York

At the beginning of this game, I was complaining about the blackout going to school in Philly, so I was encouraged to buy a ticket for the Sunday of that series. Started to regret that later in the game, and the ending was just epic. Then the Friday and Saturday were rained out, so Sunday was a double header, immediately after this epic comeback. The anger was so thick I could cut it with a knife. I loved every second of that day, despite being 50 degrees out

What a fool I am !! When it was 7-0 I stopped watching, stop and erased taping it, went to bed about 10 pm, woke up around 1 a.m. put on SNY and was pleasantly stunned the Mets Won. I justified it by saying and telling my wife the Mets Won, because I gave up on them and stopped watching them. My wife called me a Nut !! lol, lol, lol.

Was that a game or was that a game? Unbelievable. Great follow up to Wednesday's loss. What a great inning to watch. Loved the reaction in the Phillies dugout. From "we got this" to "what just happened?" Eight miserable innings and then seven runs and Edwin Diaz. WOW!!!

Can you please just have the the SNY broadcast for the whole highlight package? This is on the Mets page, not the MLB page. Even the plays the go against the Mets, it's awesome to hear the SNY crew for the whole highlight. I, and probably everyone else, could not want to hear any other broadcast team less while watching highlights of the Mets.

I believe they use the 2 stations for when each Team is hitting, or making a huge play on defense, NO ONE needs to hear the fools on SNY, they steal pay checks every time they are on the air! Ron is in illiterate that has Alzheimer's Disease, he has no idea where he is most of the time, Gary has gone gay and practically gropes anyone in the booth wanting sex with them, then when Keith shows up wants the game over before it starts! The 3 should have been fired 15 years ago! Now you have puppet boy Gelbs looking to suck down their spooge!
