This is basically the shipping container home I'd love to own, except I'd add a 3rd large container beside the 1st level one. Just to have a bit larger living room area + a room for some storage or larger bedroom. Then I'd make the 2nd level container my office space.

I’d add 2 (in Illinois)- 1 20 ft under for a basement & 1 on the side for a garage. And, being in Illinois, I’d have the stairs inside. But this is super cool!!!

I really like this, it's functional, practical and love the design. I also love the fact it has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and a roof patio. and the ceiling height for the bedroom is a good height. I really can;t stand tiny home where the bedroom is at the loft with a low ceiling that you can't stand up in the space. This 2 storey container home is absolutely amazing. Thank you Levi for sharing this.

The pillows for the sofa could have been large throw pillows, making the living room area look taller. The bathroom is gorgeous. In the bedroom, I would have put some sort of linen hanger to close the closet off when needing to. Hide all the crummy stuff. LOL. A taller fridge would have added height to the kitchen area. The fridge underneath reminded me of a van life/RV fridge. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and I could definitely see myself waking up there every morning. The double bathroom was definitely a wow factor and their choice of design was awesome. The vertical subway tile made the bathroom really pop. I'd give this property a 4.8 out of 5

Staying there was a great experience. Found this video afterwards. Just make sure you have bug spray. Your right next to a pond and you will have to tune out the cars on the hwy. Tons of traffic while hanging out on the top deck but once it was dark was quiet. Your a little ways from Waco.

I’ve been watching mini home specially made from shipping container and I found the mini home as Airbnb is nice n simple and not much storage . So , if anyone one love to build one for you for living , mini home for Airbnb isn’t the prefect one to copy but we can copy some of the design inside / lay out . I like build some hidden storage to keep our stuffs neat. This mini home is absolutely stunning .

Well done, Levi. Really nice container tiny house tour. I like the wraparound ground level deck and the upper deck, too. The whole layout is surprisingly spacious and well designed. Having a separate upstairs is a thoughtful idea. The black sink was kind of cool, too. I really like the double glass doors; and two exits for safety is wise. Thanks so much, Levi. Another great place and actually big enough to live in full time! I love the upstairs bedroom being accessed from outside but having its own bathroom and coffee facilities, just perfect! I was about to say what else could you possibly want, then realised I'm from the UK, it needs tea, Yorkshire tea 😂😂

I lived in a tiny house before popular......was good..i loved that little house..but then got my grandson to raise...had washer &dryer behind couch in a small closet..haha didnt rat me out but my mom had get along with 3 drink men..ugh God Bless you shes the best..i hope you had.. Said prayers&doesnt care i said cant go back until all better!have a great nite!!

I was in Waco, TX 4 yrs ago. I moved there from GA. Didn't find it easy to meet people and make new friends. Moved to MO just before the big freeze, power outtages, and the pandemic that was lucky. Absolutely hate cold weather or I should say my bones do. I would love this home but in FL.

Wow! Gorgeous! Love it. Only thing I would change is the color of the couch. This green/blue color does not match the house. All else amazing. I just loved everything especially top room....has its own bathroom?! I love the top bedroom more than the bottom bedroom. The white wood goes so well with the light wood in the kitchen. I love this. Probably one of my favourite tiny house vids. :D

I am really dreaming of having a container home, and this is the most likely to be my design that i want. Just little changes like having a door for the stairs going to the 2nd floor without going outside just in case it rains and you dont wanna get wet going into the 2nd floor room. By doing that just putting a door at the back for the stairs and just little extension so it creates extra space for storage becoz you can put drawers on the stairs. And aside from that you can also use the space at the back of the stairs as laundry area as your design doesnt have one. You can also use the back side as outdoor storage and electricity circuit could be placed there aswell. Another change is on the doors on the 2nd floor, i want 1 pannel with glass and the other without glass, so i can install fixed shelves on the door without glass and i can also put my wall tv on that door so when i open the door everyone on the outside can watch tv or we can do video games. Last thing i want to extend the outdoor ladder the spiral one going to the highest level and make another veranda.

The exterior timber outlook makes the hard container more soften. Interior was great, the white colour make the space look bigger. The upstair open terrace is to big for overall proportion of the house. Anyhow it's a good review
