I had psoriasis it’s not something you would get from bad hygiene. It’s like an allergy and disease mix. I got rid of it by going to a dermatologists they check my blood and it was dirty. They hooked me up one time in their machine and I was in the hospital for two days. After the two days I felt good. Cause before my head use to itchy everytime I took a shower or if my scalp is dry. Remember always change your beds every year, don’t eat on your bed, bedbugs will form and other insects and they will spread small diseases to your body I learned it the hard way. My whole back have bumps scars because the bed bugs were also eating on my skin. Always make sure your surroundings is clean. Remember that please guys this life isn’t a joke. If you want to live a happy life take care of your body !!

Bed bugs are the worst! Sorry you had to go through that. Daily Personal hygiene will help keep the condition under control so you can tell if its progressing or not. Hope you wont have to get dialysis again. I know that is hard on the body

Maaaaaaan do you have ANY idea how good that blade must've felt going over the psoriasis areas?? Guy has got some great, thick hair, I'm sure just feeling a breeze on his scalp is gonna be nice, followed by a nice long shower....Seriously hitting the noggin with an electric head shaver, followed by a long cool shower then drying off and using some Goldbond Talc-Free "comfort" is by far the best way prepare for a night of relaxing after a hard day at work.

Psoriasis and dandruff are no fun. Cleaning it too much can actually cause more issues as you wind up drying out the skin more. It’s hell to try to treat. But hopefully this will be a good first step to getting it under control for the poor guy.

@@sopuchitti2972 I’m sorry ): it runs in my family so I feel that struggle unfortunately. Sadly a lot of it’s purely genetic. Having trained hair dressers remove it, keeping your hair moisturized, not over washing, using coconut oil, going to a dermatologist, or immunologist, or using medicated shampoos are all options.

well in this case, all it would do it expose the dead skin to the air. It could then be scrubbed off with a washcloth and soap. But generally to remove dandruff all you need is decent hygiene and if it's a medical issue, a medicated shampoo. In regards to feeling good or bad? Well, Personally I find getting my beard or back of neck shaved and squared off feels amazing, But all he's using is water, there's no lubricant to help the razor glide. So while it wouldn't be amazing, without the cream acting as a barrier, he's gonna have razor bumps like nobodies business all over his head an hour after this would be done.

Oh well in regards to the temperature difference. Heck yes having a shaved head feels amazing on super hot days. And yes water would agitate it again. As for not doing it without cream? Cost. you can still get the job done without it, but you sacrifice a lot of comfort if you do it without.

man it feels soothing. after a tiring jurney and pilgramage of constant 15 hours,everytime that sharp blade swept off my scalp. it was soothing. so much that i started drowsing. also the cream that barber applied was nice too

This isn't dandruff its seborrheic dermatitis. you need a medicated shampoo. Nizoral worked for me.

Bobby knives I have seborrheic dermatitis too and I use a generic selenium sulfide shampoo the looks like thousand island dressing and smells like a lot of matches from the sulfur, helps my scabs heal and makes my hair softer than my neighbors rabbits xD

Bobby knives going through the same and wash with denorex or a generic version of it. It tingles when it's in my scalp due to the anti itch medicine in that brand.
