Wanna know what is really awesome about vampire bats? They have colonies who will perform blood sharing to weaker or smaller bats who didnt luck out that night as far as hunting. They contribute and strengthen their communities and form mutually beneficial relationships. They also have close maternal bonds with their pups.
Oh man, these look so good! That winged snake guarding Frakensense is wild. The back story about the wise men fighting a dragon to get the Jesus present is really cool. Someone should make that a movie.
Jacob: "I guess this is a typical Wisconsin lake." Me: Where are all the vehicles and equipment that fell in when people were ice fishing over the years? 😀
The camels are saying, "oh, it's our archenemy the Carpetbagger. Let's go jump over the fence and bite his arm." That camel video almost spat out my drink and lost my voice from laughing to hard. 🤣😂
Hey there Birth Neighbor! I always knew there was something special about you! I was born in Waukesha!! I have lived half my life there and the other half here in Texas so this will be a romp down memory lane for me too.
Just this past summer, at the Universal studios Tribute Store, I got a Mold-A-Rama of the Clock Tower from Back To The Future. One of my favorites for sure!
Oh, Jacob, so you are from "Miwwaukee!' I lived there during the summer of 2000, and guess where I worked: the MCZ! I remember how nice people in Milwaukee are, "the Bubbler," "the Tyme machine," Danish kringle, the collapse of Big Blue (unfortunately) and that nobody pronounces the "L" in Milwaukee.
Interesting Zoo. I have never seen dragons depicted like that before. except for a couple. Those were amazing . Thanks for taking us along Keep Safe ❤Keep Well ❤
Hi Jacob, if you plan to come back to Michigan sometime soon there is a zoo in Lambertville just off US-23 called the Indian Creek Zoo that is very good to visit. There's also cj barrymore that is an arcade/amusement park with a dark ride!
I remember as a child being taken to the old Milwaukee zoo which was located on the west side of Washington Park in an area which is now a freeway. The old zoo was small and lacked any expansion space so the new zoo was built as a replacement with the thought it would rival the San Diego zoo. Everything at the new zoo was so much larger with the animals living in natural settings instead of cages. The new zoo also had the popular "Monkey Island" like the old zoo where troupes of monkeys played out their daily dramas on an island surrounded by a moat. I also loved the Milwaukee museum which was built when I was a kid. The fascinating dioramas and the walk through exhibits like The Streets Of Old Milwaukee made like a Disneyland experience.
Okay, please tell me you are going to go to Bay Beach and animal sanctuary in Green Bay and check out the old school rides. :-) Also, stop by Oshkosh and see the famous Apostles Clock at the Oshkosh Museum, you could go to the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) Museum and whatever you do, do NOT miss the two M Schettl Freight Sales there, you will LOVE all the big items and characters outside! Inside is fun too.
Awesome video! I love zoos. It makes me happy seeing all the animals there. The closest zoo to me is the Memphis Zoo. I love all the dragons in the dragon exhibit. Real life dragons are Komodo dragons. I like Komodo dragons because they’re just so big and dinosaur-like. I think dragons are modeled after dinosaurs because they look so similar. And the Bible talks about a leviathan. So I do believe dragons exist, but not as mythical creatures, as dinosaurs. Well, thanks for sharing! Have a great day!
This zoo also has animatronic dinosaurs on display every few years...I wonder if the 'skeletons' for some of these dragons are repurposed from those or if they're entirely different machines altogether.
I read in some book some 30 years or so (maybe more) that the only truly universal, 'monsters', - common to the folks tales & legends of every group of people on Earth are dragons & vampires. From the most isolated tribes to large societies, only dragons & vampires are universal.
Hey its great to see you in wis where else you might be planning on visiting ?? The state fairs of MN and wis ?? Little America amusement park in marshal wis ?? Well anyways I hope you have a blast !!
Hey if you're in Milwaukee come pay La Crosse a visit sometime! We aren't far just 3 or 4 hour drive. Also the jelly belly factory in Milwaukee is cool!
Hyenas are not members of the dog or cat families apparently, which I had no idea until today. "Instead, they are so unique that they have a family all their own, Hyaenidae. There are four members of the Hyaenidae family: the striped hyena, the “giggly” spotted hyena, the brown hyena, and the aardwolf (it's a hyena, not a wolf)."
At least the Milwaukee Zoo understands the different types of dragons, unlike Hollywood where every dragon nowadays is a wyvern. 24:40 Imagine if the lift broke down right above the camel pen and they all gathered under Jacob hungrily.
Wow I haven't been to that zoo since I was a kid in the eighties so much fun !! You should check our como zoo in st Paul mn they have alot of mold o ramas there lol 😆
