Its okay, When i found a small, low grade quartz crystal 5 ft deep in a hole on a random rock, i got super excited, only to realize the lead mine is closer and has way better quartz lol But yeah the rhodonite is beautiful and the main attraction there! And the mine has tons and i mean tons of garnets!! I have a lot of loose ones with nice faces and no damage on them form there! Huge mica + garnet plates too!

You've got to email them for a time and date. It's 20$ for 4 hours

@DiscoveringMinerals thanks so much for the info I will definitely look into this... Also, awesome finds you got! I love the garnets. I've done some panning down in Roxbury CT and found quite a few.
