Being located on a mountain slope, navigation through this property requires climbing up and down many steps at a time. If this maybe a concern for any reason such as health ,disability etc this property may not be ideal for stay.
Being cautious of the terrain and staying few feet away from any steep areas is imperative avoid accidents.
You must stay close to the children and hold them at outdoor areas to avoid any dangers.
Smart features of the the pod are prone to failure and can take days to replace/repair and may sometimes not work during your stay.You may still be able to operate it manually!
There is no private parking.Parking is on road touching Tehyca(Free parking anywhere sufficient space is available to allow flow of traffic.Parking is at owners risk)
