These techniques are not “so easy “. They take a lot of practice and learned technique . You make it look easy. It’s sped up too... I like some of your ideas that I could practice though, so thanks. Your cakes are impressive but crowded and over decorated too. I like a more sparse cake decor wise. You’re a talented cake decorator but this video misleads a bit🧐

Try mixing equal parts: (marshmallow creme (jet puffed)) + (cold heavy whipped cream beaten at high speed)= this cream. Look up: marshmallow whipped cream.
