This is the Raw feed uploaded directly with out any editing, The chef was excellent and made the Chicken Noodles for 20 people in less than 5 minutes.
He Scrambled more than a Dozen Eggs added Onions, Green Chilies and Cabbage, then comes the Chicken with nice flour coating added good amount of Boneless Chicken, He then added Noodles and Stirred it with adding White Pepper, Salt, Curry leaves and Chilli Powder.

Damn dude, I live here in the states, and I love watching these videos. You guys inspire me to try new recipes and add new spices. I love Indian food! One has to be careful though. I recall one of my early experiences at an Indian restaurant. The waiter asked if I wanted the dish "mild, spicy, or Indian spicy?" I went with the Indian spicy. Big mistake!!! 3 bites and I couldn't continue. More than I could handle. I learned my lesson that day. I go with regular spicy these days. Props to my Indian brothers.

Though street food is not so hygienic, the tastes and prices of them are very good and I can have it all day. Street Food is an emotion for many. Once I have had a plate of Chicken Chowmein for 60 Rupees , then the rest of it is history because I'm eating this regularly in the same shop.
