These are really beautiful but as to candy cane I would attach 'the hanger' to the wire which is inside the ornament - I think, it might prevent the loops from stretching

Het worden bij mij 2 groene krullen en dan met een gouden/rood balletje i.p.v. het strikje. (ik mag er graag een eigen draai aan geven) Fijn dat je ook uitgelegd hebt wat je moet doen als aan het eind van het inrollen de krullen niet even lang zijn. Bedankt voor het patroon.
I’ve been making the candy cane ones with 50 chains based on another tutorial. Then I wanted some thinner ones so I did 44 chains with only 2 sc in each chain. This worked just as well and I really like the thinner look. But I hadn’t seen the wreath yet and so I’m excited to switch it up and make some wreaths! I just need to learn the magic loop! Thanks!

These are very nice and easy Xmas ornaments but should come with a Warning to keep away from little children and animals, certainly somewhere they cannot reach when left unsupervised. 🎄🧶🎄 Maria
We don't use paper clips anymore cuz we've got computers! 🤣 Sorry, think that's funny! I've been making the candy canes since 1978, way cute! You don't have to buy real, just to be tossed after Christmas! Pack away w/other ornaments & use year after year! ✌️🤘❤
I just made the wreath, it turned out so cute! I was about to continue on the candy cane, but I’m wondering if the spirals slide off of the paperclip easily?
I can’t wait to make some I’ve been making some plain white with the sparkly yarn for icicles because my Church wants all white ornaments for the Christmas tree this year, so this will be a nice break to make something with color

@@brunaticalitysoooooo the candy cane ornaments were a huge hit with my choir group I found an adorable short religious poem I attached it with yarn loved it and was so much fun to make Ty for all you do 🌻🌻🌻
