The amount of creativity you have looking at cheap toys baffles me. I would look at that toy and simply cringe. You look at it and say, "I can make this into something amazing." Makes me kinda appreciate the hoarding of plastics I perform. Sadly haven't found a suitable base at my local thrift and dollar stores for the Nothic mini's but I'm hoping the local $1 bin at my game store might have something for some kitbashing. Keep up the good work.
Great idea! another toy like this for a year or two ago was Ready 2 Robot. the buildable bots were okay, but the little dhop ships they came in make for great wargame terrain and look fun to paint up.
Man, I had one of these in my hands at the Goodwill but decided my junk pile was big enough already. You did an excellent job on it! You ever see any of those science project molecule models in your thrifting travels? They seem like they have some sci-fi terrain potential.
I would absolutely watch some paint streams from you. As for toy builds, this is sort of cheating, but I have been looking at the Gargoyles board game for a while, the minis in the box are really good, and I've seen the game sold online for like 5 bucks in the past.
well looking good thare ok me two things one looks like a bank valt yes but that good thing and two looks like a si fi under city hut if some one made out a shiping cataner and just cut it down or one just fun to well this fun ya do more and post to
@@MiniatureMashUp no they aren't those are the bigger L.O.L. "OMG" dolls. They look similar to the Rainbowhigh dolls but aren't the same. Totally different body mold, head mold, and material. Just a similar aesthetic. But different story and universe. The Rainbowhigh dolls have inset eyes for instance which the OMG surprise dolls don't have. They are both made by MGA but are a totally different doll line.
I give it a 9.5 out of 10. Half point penalty for lack of washes to grime it up. If you're looking for suggestions, I personally like post apocalyptic terrain builds and Ork scratch bashes. Edit: I've been on a Chaos conversion/possession kick lately. Like that tank you did a while back. Also, have you considered doing an Ork Gargant?
actually I would like to see you challenge yourself by doing a budget haul. you would either spend 10, 20, or 50 dollars at a flea market/ Thrift Shop and then try to do as much as you can out of your Collective materials.
