*I got them at Hobby Lobby on clearance after Christmas. You can still find items like this in the beading section of your local craftstore. I found similar items on Hobby Lobbys website. Ebay and Amazon have them for inexpensive prices. Try searching Crystal Chandelier Beads, Crystal Chandelier Garland, Crystal Teardrop Beads etc.

*I used a hot glue gun. Don't recommend it! It will hold everything together but the glue won't hold that much weight if you put heavier items on middle stand. I only used the hot glue for video purposes.
