I could never break eggs straight into a collection like this. Several years go we tried to support local farmers and bought whole trays of 30 eggs, until one time we found 3 eggs that were rotten and green. Since then we’ve only bought supermarket ones. A loss to local farmers. We only ever break eggs into a separate bowl before adding to the main mix even so. A major problem. We can’t forgive that farm with its rotten eggs so my stomach turns whenever I watch a video boasting raw or partially cooked egg. And btw, we have 3 hens but I can’t eat their eggs roflmao.
The first dish a lot of that rice was jumping overboard committing suicide. Lol. Even if I had a Wok I wouldn’t be able to do all that flipping. It’s a lot of arm strength and wrist strength that I don’t have. I admire how the culture there is taught to cook almost like a protectionist. Even at a jiggly cake store the workers are very meticulous and laser sharp on the exact way to make the cake. They take far more pride than we do in the US. I wish I was brought up in an Asian culture. Or at least some of it. I want to visit the area so badly.
