I don't think I would settle in a crowded environment,,noise pollution is my biggest enemy. But I have loved the door and windows design ✅✅ something to note down.
Man that surrounding is an eye-sore, total shyt. You get tired of the inside of your apartment very quickly and want a contrast from the outdoor. Nothing even gives you the urge to sit on that balcony.
No problem, it all depends on somebody's tastes and preferences, as well as location. If it were in Mwihoko it would be 13k. In Kilimani it would be 50k and now in bypass it is 20k.
