The more of Winterthur you reveal, the more amazed I am at the skills of the architects, builders, and tradespeople who designed the shells, disassembled, reassembled, and installed this collection of rooms. All in what sounds to be a relatively short period of time. Thanks for the tours.

These videos and the info are helping me to better understand what to do to my 200+ year old house that ended up being redone in the 1950s in the 1950s style.

Amazing video!

Makes me want to break out the miter saw and start working on some moldings for my house. Not sure if I'm skilled enough to do it any justice though. lol

My thought about this is that any building could have its personality changed with some architectural details.

The blue room door header is that a solid piece or moldings stacked on top of each other and cut and miter to perfection?
