We turned them into the police in youngstown the following week since the owner was from niles.

12:45 Dang, that looks like an old computer terminal monitor. Terminals connected to a mainframe and did their computing from there. They had little to no processing power of their own, like the "computers" in the Fallout franchise. Probably pre-dates Apple by a couple of decades...
