That lamp looks so good ! Great job ! Loved your haul ! The yardstick is my favorite 'cause I sew & collect them . All the metal , the greenery, books , afgans , wood items , etc. are great ! Thanks ! Xox ❤
Hay Zeb, the 2 enamel trays you thought would be good for camping are actually trays for the GE Advantage Microoven. It came with 2 trays, a glass one (for the microwave aspect) and the enamel one (for the oven part and it browned the food). You may want to see what the browning tray sells for, a lot of people may want to replace their tray. :)
I crocheted my first baby afigan for my 6th or 7th grade teacher. I was 11 or 12. I wish I had kept count of how many baby afigans that I have made over the yrs. Not to mention the bedsized afigans. One month, I had crocheted 5 or 6 baby afigans for all of the baby showers I went to. I also quilted a few. I am now 44 and wonder how I did all of them as I was a young Mother myself and working full time. I can appreciate all of the work that goes into those pieces
Would love to check out those thrift stores in Utah. Here in New Mexico, it is very slim pickins. We usually always find something something to flip for a profit, but the thrift stores ( compared to where we are from are lack luster ). Happy thrifting!
Hey guys. I was watching an older bins episode. zeb put his hand in and found a wet bear🫣 Just saying I don’t see gloves 😅 Great haul. I look forward to your adventures. Thanks for sharing.
The fabric pumpkin and the hand painted violets plate are my favorites today. There were alot of bundt pans that look great painted to look like a pumpkin
The striped blanket is a Hudson’s Bay blanket. Even used, they are spendy. New even more so. I drool over them in the Hudson’s Bay store. Great haul and I like your switch up for the variety. It keeps us on our toes.
Rubbing alcohol works to remove Sharpie. I know because when my son was little he Sharpied our whole couch one day and rubbing alcohol rescued it. What size was the white linen quilt?
I always see you turn down good items because of sharpie or permanent marker. It will come out, you can use hairspray or alcohol. It will take a few times maybe, but I have never had an issue getting it out. You just spray the alcohol or the hairspray on it let it set for a couple of seconds and then rinse it right away. Again you’ll have to do this a couple of times. And then whenever you have it to where it’s pretty much gone, spray it again heavily and throw it in the wash. I absolutely love vintage fabrics and quilts and handmade clothing, so I will always take a chance on it as even if the stain doesn’t come out you can use it for the fabric and make like a lap blanket out of a quilt or use the fabric for patches on some thing else, etc. etc. Just a bit of info. 🥰
Hey Jamie, love your thrift videos!!❤ Is your shop in Lehigh?? I'm visiting UTAH from MI next week and can't seem to find an address for it. I'd love to come check it out!!
You know I like "Simply Red", but the sound out of their speakers makes the music annoying. I think I would even prefer classical or silence. But you two are worth watching. Thanks.
When will you list the platter with the steers on the ends? The one you got at welfare Square DI? And do you take Venmo? I am near Price, but my son and daughter-in-law come through Lehi on their way to Saratoga Springs and they could stop and pick it up on their way home from work.
It will be Saturday at 8:30 pm when we load this weeks finds. If you download the Jami Ray Vintage app on android or apple we send a push notification when it goes live
